LPM offers a variety of services to True North Log home customers. The services are designed to help you turn your True North Log home package into your dream. Whether this is the first time you will be having a home built or you are a seasoned vet we have a variety of products and services available for all scenarios.
Technical Assistant service is available for customers who have a relationship with a builder in their area. This builder may or may not have the knowledge required to erect a True North log Home package and as such we make available a Technical Assistant who would accompany your builder during the process of assembling the log wall system and or other parts of the log home.
Shell Package services are also available for customers acting as their own general contractor. The customer would apply for permits and subcontract all other required trades. Then an LPM certified builder would be onsite to erect the True North Log homes shell package.
Project Management services are available for customers who are looking to have not only their True North Log home package assembled but also required everything from permits to kitchen cabinets. You will be in the hands of LPM from start to finish with LPM guiding the way and taking care of the details in between. You can be assured that the process will be enjoyable, smooth and worry free.
